combined flour, anise seeds, baking powder, and salt. Mix in almonds.</STEP>

inches in diameter.</STEP>
<STEP>Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.</STEP>

slices.
Arrange slices, cut sides down, on ungreased cookie sheets</STEP>

turn and bake until biscotti are golden on other side and feel almost dry, 7
